What Happened to the T-Intersections Concept for the Penn-Potomac Project?
The T-Intersections Concept was developed for the Pennsylvania and Potomac Avenues Intersection Pedestrian Improvement Project and last shown during a community meeting in the spring of 2013. Since that time, DDOT has studied the concept further and discussed the concept with stakeholder agencies. One aspect of that study was to evaluate how the concept would be compatible with the L’Enfant Plan for the City of Washington, D.C.
